All our programs, designed by two-time U.S. Olympian, former U.S. record holder and international track and field athlete, Tom Pukstys, are designed to improve strength, core power and overall performance for middle school, high school and elite athletes.  

Training is primarily in small groups or teams, however one-on-one personal training is available by appointment. Our most popular group programs are based on a 4 week plan where athletes attend 2 or 3 times per week.

· Weekend classes are available on “pay as you go basis”  (Single class walk-in: $30 / class; no package required)

· All packages must be used within 3 months from the date of purchase.
